White Stilton

Our White Stilton is a deliciously fresh-tasting cheese, with a smooth and creamy flavour, and a crumbly, but soft, texture.

Like our Blue Stilton, White Stilton has a Protected Designation of Origin and can only be made in one of three counties - Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire from locally-produced milk.

Our White Stilton pairs very well with fruit, especially apricots, blueberries, dates and orange.

Suitable for vegetarians.
